Group Rides (All rides canceled if due to to inclement weather)
Tuesday 4:30 – Coached speed work ride. Focus will be on sprinting ,leadouts and race finish drills.
Thursday4:30 – Coached Ride by appointment only for experienced riders. Terrain and pace adjusted for workout objectives.
Saturday 8:00 am – Moderate to hard ride for 40 to 50 miles for three hours at a pace somewhere between 18 and 22 MPH. This is a group ride with drafting; please bring enough food, water and a spare to repair a flat. Ride will be adjusted for individual fitness and available time. Call ahead on Friday for ride plan, racing cancels in season April-September.
